Each service is tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses across New York, Columbus, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and Phoenix.

2. Service Area

3. Service Agreements

Citywide Cleaning Company offers:

• One-Time Cleaning Services: Ideal for clients requiring occasional cleaning support.
• Contractual Services: Flexible agreements, typically 12 months in duration, tailored to meet recurring needs.

Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide a minimum of one month’s written notice to terminate any ongoing service agreements.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoice Issuance: Invoices are issued at the start of each month.
• Payment Due Date: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice issue date.
• Late Fees: Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services are issued on a case-by-case basis and at the company’s discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure optimal service, clients are responsible for the following:

• Providing unrestricted access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times.
• Supplying cleaning materials unless the client opts to pay an additional fee for materials provided by Citywide Cleaning Company.
• Notifying the company of any specific requirements or restrictions prior to service commencement.

6. Company Liability

Citywide Cleaning Company is committed to delivering professional services with care and diligence. However, the following limitations apply:

• Property Damage: The company is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by improper use of equipment or facilities.
• Missed Services: In cases of unavoidable delays or missed services, the company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Insurance: The company holds liability insurance to cover damage or loss directly caused by our employees.

7. Privacy Policy

Citywide Cleaning Company respects your privacy. We collect, use, and store client information solely for the purpose of providing our services. Personal information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution
